Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Novaro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
